RS-500
Airborne Gamma Ray Spectrometer providing laboratory levels of spectral data
performance:
- No radioactive test sources required for system setup or system performance validation allowing for faster, cheaper mobilization.
- High resolution (1024 Channel) sampling from 1-2x per second
- Individual crystal analogue to digital converters (ADC) allowing for greater automation and better processing. ADC for negligible dead time - A live time clock will be adjusted for loss of system measured pile-up rejections to give an apparent dead time to ensure the absolute count rate is correct.
- No distortion as each crystal output is fully linearised permitting multi-crystal summing without distortion.
- Extremely wide dynamic range.
- High level of self-diagnostics increasing the reliability of acquisition, and quality of data.
- Worldwide usability, fully multi-peak automatic gain stabilization on natural isotopes.
